Instructions
Add sugar and orange zest to a small plate. Massage the sugar and orange zest together and set aside. Use part of an orange slice to line the sides of 2 tall glasses, then press them into the orange zest sugar until coated. Add ice to glasses.
⅛ cup sugar, zest of ½ an orange
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add orange juice, pineapple juice, and lemon juice to the shaker, shake well, and strain into ice-filled glasses.
2 ounces orange juice, 2 ½ ounces pineapple juice, 1 ounce lemon juice
Pour grenadine slowly down the side of the glass, then top with bitters if using. Top with club soda or seltzer water and garnish with orange and lemon slices.

Notes
The dashes of Angostura bitters contain trace amounts of alcohol so are optional and can definitely be omitted from this recipe if preferred.
