    • โ…“ cup heavy cream cold
    • ยฝ cup sugar
    • pinch of salt
    • 16 ounces mascarpone cheese
    • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
    • 1 cup brewed coffee
    • ยฝ cup peppermint simple syrup (see notes)
    • 1 package ladyfingers (you'll need about 20-28 depending on the size of your dish)

    Instructions
